Onboarding Overview
Once your sales paperwork has been completed you will be introduced to your dedicated success manager, who will guide you through the onboarding process and beyond. The onboarding journey can be split into three parts- Solution Architecture, includes the intake survey, data survey, kickoff call, and data mapping call (as needed)
- Systems Integration, includes the CRM sync and data display review/approval, and email syncing for all users
- User Onboarding, includes individual user interviews and intake forms, as well as setup and training
